Beach hotel co-designed with an international franchise with high impact on interior design. The hotel has a total of 130 suites- apartments with several social areas and private beach. The lot is located in a large flat area in one of the best beaches on Panama. The formal solution has its origin in finding balance between long and short views. From the far distance, coming on the Pan-Americana road, the tower shape reminds a shell form, tall and rectilinear. From a closest view, the tower is heterogeneous, diverse and detailed. This dynamic image happens due to the venetian blinds, which reinforces the lightness of the building.
